21st Century

Working with young people today means helping them find direction, navigate challenges, and develop the competences they need for life in the 21st century. This is why EduEra joined the international project 21st CENTURY, which connects coaching, inclusion, and innovative approaches in youth work.
At the heart of the project was a long-term educational process designed to prepare social coaches for youth work. Through international training courses, webinars, local practice, and supervision, participants developed the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support young people in a more intentional, empowering, and socially responsive way.
The project also resulted in several published outcomes:
21st Century Competences and Coaching
Social Coaching Supervisors’ Companion
European Qualification Framework (EQF): Developing a Competence Framework for Youth Coaching
By exploring more, visitors can discover the full journey of the project, including its methods, webinars, publications, and practical resources for youth workers, trainers, and organizations interested in coaching-based approaches to youth work.
