Longterm volunteering

We offer young people the opportunity to gain unique life and work experience through long-term volunteering in Slovakia and abroad.

Volunteers take part in meaningful activities, contribute to community development, learn new skills, and discover their own potential through real-life experiences..

We collaborate with schools, organizations, and institutions that want to bring innovation into learning and development. We help them design projects that connect education, creativity, and community.

We empower teachers, leaders, and teams to effectively use non-formal education, coaching, and European programs in their daily work.

For companies and organisations

We help organisations build stronger teams, better communication and healthier ways of working together.

Through practical training, coaching and facilitation, we support team development, leadership, collaboration, creativity and sustainable workplace culture. Our approach is interactive, people-centred and designed to turn learning into something teams can actually use in their everyday work.

Who are we

Since 2017, we have been working with young people and those who educate young people. We started with youth exchanges. Today we provide comprehensive education for adults and youth.

Our team consists of experienced education experts who focus on interdisciplinary education. We connect formal and informal education with business.

The project focuses on building a coaching approach among youth workers and supporting disadvantaged young people in the area of personal development and social inclusion. The goal is to improve career opportunities and implement sustainable coaching practices in communities.
