Eco-Coaching: When Coaching Moves Into Nature
What changes when a coaching conversation moves from a room into the outdoors? The CATCH Eco-Coaching Manual connects coaching, youth work, and the principles of ecopsychology.
The manual offers practical methods and activities that use nature as a space for reflection, self-awareness, decision-making, and personal development. It includes inspiration for both individual and group coaching, as well as approaches that can be used during workshops, training courses, or everyday work with young people.
The resource also builds on the experience of ReCalibur, an earlier EduEra project focused on ecopsychology in youth work, reconnecting people with nature, strengthening communities, and exploring how outdoor and nature-based approaches can support learning and wellbeing. CATCH takes these ideas further by bringing them specifically into coaching practice with young people.
The manual is designed for youth workers, coaches, trainers, facilitators, and other professionals who want to enrich their practice with outdoor and nature-based approaches.
Explore the CATCH Eco-Coaching Manual and bring more movement, space, reflection, and connection with nature into your coaching practice.
