CATCH webinars: Youth coaching

How can we better understand coaching and bring it into everyday work with young people? CATCH Webinar Series: Coaching in Practice brings together three practical webinars focused on the psychological foundations of coaching, online and virtual coaching, and the development of new coaching tools.

The webinar series was created within CATCH – Creating Youth Work Training and Coaching Horizons, an international Erasmus+ project focused on strengthening the use of coaching approaches in youth work. The project supports coaches, youth workers, trainers, facilitators, and other professionals in using coaching to foster young people’s self-awareness, decision-making, personal development, wellbeing, and career orientation.

The webinars connect theory with practical application and offer concrete examples, tools, and approaches that can be transferred into real work with young people. You can watch them individually according to the topic that interests you most, or follow the whole series as a compact learning journey to expand your coaching practice.
