AdultLife Podcasts: Adulthood without the lectures

Adulthood does not come with a manual. The AdultLife project was created to support young people in the transition to adult life by making important information easier to understand, more relatable, and more useful in everyday situations. It focuses on five key areas: employment, housing, financial literacy, wellbeing, and citizenship and participation.

As part of the project, AdultLife Podcasts explore the questions and situations young people face when becoming more independent. The episodes bring practical information, real experiences, and perspectives from young people, educators, and experts, helping listeners navigate topics that can otherwise feel complicated or overwhelming.

The podcasts can be useful for young people themselves, as well as for teachers, youth workers, facilitators, and other professionals looking for accessible material to use in education or group work.

AdultLife also offers videos, a Survival Planner, an Educational Kit, and a MOOC for educators, creating a wider collection of resources for learning about adulthood in a practical and youth-friendly way.
