Let It Flow: A toolkit for learning by doing - 100+1 methods in NFE
At EduEra, we have spent years working with young people, youth workers, and educators from different countries. And one thing we know for sure: learning works best when it is real, creative, and shared. Whether it is a deep conversation, a silly game, a team challenge, or a quiet moment of reflection, these are the experiences that shape how we grow, connect, and act in the world.
This Method Kit was born from our everyday practice. The selection and organization of the methods in the toolkit were prepared by MarCus Vrecer. It is a collection of tools and methods we have used in workshops, training courses, youth exchanges, and team meetings. These are methods that work, bring people together, and help create meaningful learning. We organized them by theme so you can easily find what you need, whether you are planning a group activity, a creative brainstorming session, or an outdoor programme.
Our goal is simple: to support educators and facilitators in creating spaces where people feel safe, inspired, and ready to learn, not only from the content, but also from one another. We hope this toolkit becomes a practical companion in your work and perhaps even sparks some new ideas along the way.
