An international study visit bringing together youth workers to explore the richness of non-formal education. Through sharing good practices, tools, and experiences, participants will improve the quality of their youth work, strengthen their organizations’ impact, and build lasting partnerships across Europe.

COLOURS OF NON-FORMAL EDUCATION (CoNFE) is a study visit where youth workers and NGO representatives from across Europe will come together to share practices, reflect, and co-create new approaches in non-formal education. The activity will shine a light on how youth work connects with local communities, showing the many “colours” and possibilities of NFE.

Participants will experience a mix of organisation pitches, storytelling sessions, and interactive workshops, discovering how different NGOs turn challenges into opportunities. They will explore tools like future scenario building, SWOT analysis, and reflective walks, and they will be encouraged to adapt these for their own contexts.
