SolidAction is an exciting two-phase journey where youth workers come together to explore and live the value of solidarity. The training will not just talk about projects – it will immerse participants in practical methods, real dialogue, and creative exercises that show how solidarity can be transformed into action.
In Phase 1, participants will dive into the foundations: what solidarity means in today’s communities, how to turn ideas into projects, and how to work effectively in diverse teams.
In Phase 2, the focus will shift to empowerment and mentoring – giving youth workers the tools to guide young people, inspire local initiatives, and create a lasting ripple effect in their communities.
Between the phases, participants will bring their learning back home, testing ideas locally and then returning with stories, challenges, and inspiration to share. Reflection circles, storytelling, and creative outdoor activities will ensure that the learning stays personal, practical, and transformative.
SolidAction will not only build competences – it will also build confidence, courage, and community, equipping youth workers to spark real change through solidarity.
